Todays Real Estate & Auction always welcomes the participation of real estate brokers at all of our auctions.  Just as in traditional real estate, commission will vary between each auction.  Most auctions are listed in the Charlotte Regional MLS system with the commission indicated within the listing.  Commission is also stated in the downloaded bidder packages.  Additionally, you may call (704) 559-5988 x4 to inquire about any of our upcoming auctions.

Marketing will consist of press releases, print-ads, email notifications, area signage, online advertising and direct mail. 

Dont Lose a Commission
At Todays Real Estate & Auction, we will always try to preserve a commission.  If you are the referring broker, we will pay your firm a referral fee paid from the buyers premium.

Todays Real Estate & Auction charges the least amount of buyers premium in the area.  We charge between 2%-5% depending on the marketing needs and the amount of auction staff needed to facilitate the auction.
